1. Place freshly cooked rice into the container up to the inner line (approximately 80g).* Do not overfill with rice, as this may cause deformation of the lid and container.2. Immediately place the lid on to prevent drying, and close the lid to freeze once the rice has cooled down.3. Slightly shift the lid and heat in the microwave.* Water droplets will form on the underside of the lid due to steam. Be careful of burns when removing the lid.
