■How to Drink
What you need: Shaker or large cup (holds about 400mL), 300mL of water, spoon (for cup only)
1. Add 300mL of water to a shaker or cup.
2. Add one bag of Slim up Slim Shake.
3. If using a shaker, close the lid tightly and shake. If using a cup, stir well and it's ready.

■Precautions for Use
