◆ As a meal replacementMix 60g (about 4 scoops of the attached spoon) into approximately 300-340ml of water and stir well.◆ As a supplement to usual meals or snacksMix 15g-45g (about 1-3 scoops of the attached spoon) into approximately 75-255ml of water and stir well.
