The drama is modeled after the life of botanist Tomitaro Makino from Kochi Prefecture, depicting a lively life full of joy and discovery, filled with vitality,
along with beautiful scenes of wildflowers.

【Artist Profile】
Kaito Abe (Abe Umitarou)

Composer.
Since childhood, familiar with instruments such as piano, violin, and drums, and began composing self-taught.
Studied musicology at Tokyo University of the Arts and its graduate school, and at the third course of Paris 8 University. Focusing on traditional instrumental styles such as classical music while pursuing contemporary musical expression,
he is highly regarded for his unique and intellectual musical expression born from excellent aesthetic sense and creativity, including not only compositions but also concert planning and album production.
Main works include Shakespearean plays directed by Yukio Ninagawa, "Kafka on the Shore," directed by Inbal Pinto & Abshalom Pollak, "The Cat Who Lived a Million Times," directed by Shuji Onodera, "Taketori," directed by Keishi Onodera, "Eihato no Gekirassha," directed by Keiji Nagatsuka, and "The Little Prince from Saint-Exupéry" with choreography by Kaiji Moriyama.
He has also composed music for NHK programs such as "Sunday Museum," "The Most Beautiful Book in the World," "Kyoto People’s Secret Enjoyment," "Chushingura Rhapsody No.5 Nakamura Nakazo, the Rising Step," and "Love Unrequited." In September 2023, he released his eighth album "HOUSE" (a collaboration with singer Kaori Takeda).
