■ Usage Instructions:

- Aroma Diffusion

Use approximately one drop per tatami mat (about 1.62 square meters), up to a maximum of 5 drops per day.

- Massage

Add 2 drops to 10ml of carrier oil, warm the skin, and massage. (Dilution rate: 1%) *For sensitive skin, dilute further.

- Aromatherapy Bath

Blend 2-3 drops into 1 tablespoon of natural salt, milk, honey, or similar.

■ Precautions for Use of Essential Oil:

Do not apply undiluted directly to the skin. If accidental contact occurs, wash thoroughly with soap and water. If skin abnormalities appear, consult a specialist.

When used for massage, dilute to about 1%. For sensitive skin or the elderly, dilute further to 0.5–0.8%.

Perform a patch test before massage to check skin compatibility. Some individuals may develop allergies depending on their constitution or the type of essential oil. Always conduct a simple patch test before use.

Do not ingest or drink (including adding to tea). If accidentally swallowed, do not induce vomiting; rinse the mouth with plenty of water and consult a doctor immediately.

Do not put in the eyes. Be careful to prevent entry into the eyes during use. If it gets into the eyes, rinse immediately with water and consult a specialist.

Please note the photosensitizing effects of citrus essential oils. When applied to the skin and exposed to strong sunlight, they can react with ultraviolet rays, causing toxicity and skin inflammation. This is called photosensitivity. Bergamot, lemon, grapefruit, sweet orange, and mandarin essential oils may cause photosensitivity. Avoid direct sunlight for about 6 hours after use.

Pregnant women and those taking medication should refrain from use and consult their doctor.

Use caution with infants and the elderly; it is recommended to use about half the usual amount. For massage, it is advisable to use carrier oil alone without essential oil.

Be careful not to stain clothing. Essential oils can cause stains that may not come out.

Do not use essential oils for medical treatment purposes. Currently, in Japan, essential oils are not recognized as medicines.

When washing clothes or fabrics contaminated with essential oil, dry thoroughly after the oil has been completely removed to prevent fire hazards.

Store in a cool, dark place away from direct sunlight to prevent deterioration.

Avoid high temperature and humidity, and be cautious of extreme temperature and humidity changes.

Tightly close the container cap to prevent oxidation and evaporation of the essential oil.

Keep out of reach of children and pets to prevent misuse or accidental ingestion.

Avoid using or storing near open flames or heat sources due to flammability.

Use up opened essential oils within one year as a general guideline. However, citrus essential oils contain aromatic components that are more prone to deterioration, so it is recommended to use them within about six months.
