■ Usage Instructions:
- Aromatherapy
Use approximately one drop per tatami mat (about 1.62 square meters), up to 5 drops per day.
- Massage
Add 2 drops to 10ml of carrier oil, and massage while warming the skin. (Dilution ratio: 1%) *For sensitive skin, dilute further.
- Aromatherapy Bath
Blend 2-3 drops into 1 tablespoon of natural salt, milk, honey, etc., and use.

■ Precautions for Use of Essential Oil:
Do not apply undiluted directly to the skin. If it accidentally contacts the skin, wash thoroughly with soap and water. If any abnormality occurs on the skin, consult a medical professional. When used for massage, dilute to about 1%. For sensitive skin or the elderly, dilute further to 0.5–0.8%.
Perform a patch test before massage to check skin compatibility. Depending on individual constitution and the type of essential oil, allergies may occur. Always conduct a simple patch test before use.
Do not ingest or drink. (Do not add to tea or other beverages.) If accidentally swallowed, do not induce vomiting; rinse the mouth with plenty of water and consult a doctor immediately.
Do not put in the eyes. Be careful to prevent entry into the eyes during use. If it gets into the eyes, rinse immediately with water and consult a specialist.
Be cautious of photosensitivity with citrus essential oils. When applied to the skin and exposed to strong sunlight, they can react with ultraviolet rays, causing toxicity and skin inflammation. This is called photosensitivity. Bergamot, lemon, grapefruit, sweet orange, and mandarin essential oils may cause photosensitivity. Avoid direct sunlight for about 6 hours after use.
Pregnant women and those taking medication should refrain from use and consult their doctor.
Infants and the elderly should reduce usage; about half the normal amount is recommended. For massage, it is advisable to use carrier oil alone without essential oil.
Be careful not to stain clothing. Essential oils can cause stains that may not come out.
Do not use essential oils for medical treatment. Currently, in Japan, essential oils are not recognized as medicines.
When washing clothes or fabrics contaminated with essential oil, dry thoroughly after the oil is completely removed to prevent fire hazards.

Store in a cool, dark place away from direct sunlight to prevent deterioration.
Avoid high temperature and humidity, and extreme changes in temperature or humidity.
Keep the container tightly closed to prevent oxidation and evaporation of the essential oil.
Store out of reach of children and pets to prevent misuse or accidental ingestion.
Avoid using or storing near open flames or heat sources due to flammability.
Use the essential oil within one year after opening. However, citrus essential oils, which contain more volatile aromatic components, should be used within approximately six months.
