Sayama tea is cultivated mainly in the southwestern part of Saitama Prefecture. It is considered the northernmost tea production area, and the tea leaves, which are thick and rich, are processed using a unique "fire roasting" method.
The "KATOU MADO" contains the "tea aroma" extracted from the particularly fragrant parts of Sayama tea, sealed within the wax. It is further finished with the aroma of Sayama tea to create an evocative atmosphere.
Pink: Scent of cherry blossom tea. Cherry blossom tea refers to "sakura-yu" enjoyed during celebratory occasions. It carries the message "May your life blossom!".
