1994年2月5日生まれ、栃木県出身。2010年に女優デビュー。2012年テレビ朝日系「特命戦隊ゴーバスターズ」の宇佐見ヨーコ/イエローバスター役でドラマ初出演。
2015年「ラブライブ! サンシャイン! ! 」で声優デビューすると同時に、ユニット・Aqoursとしても活動中。
