『ウイングスパン』は「自分の管理する鳥獣保護区にいろいろな鳥を呼び寄せ、
多くの種が棲む生息地を作り上げていく」という親しみやすいテーマと、
配置した鳥カードの組み合わせを連鎖させる高いゲーム性が合致した、傑作ボードゲームです。
この拡張セットでは、アメリカ、ヨーロッパに続き、オセアニアの鳥が追加。
そして、オセアニアの色鮮やかな鳥だけではなく、エミューなど「飛べない鳥」カードも導入されます。
また、新たに鳥を呼び寄せるためのコストである花蜜トークンや、
新調された個人ボードには「リセット」といった新たなアクションが追加され、
