A mountain double-wall tent that achieves unprecedented "lightness" has appeared. The weight of the SL Dome is 980g (main body + flysheet + frame) for two people. This is the lightest in its size for a double-wall tent. Creating a tent lighter than the Air Rise required a very long time to select the right materials. As a result of reviewing the material level, we adopted a thin fabric for the groundsheet for the first time in the Arai Tent. To protect the thin groundsheet fabric, the SL Dome comes with a "dedicated underlay". The structure of the tent, including the size, has also been redesigned. The mesh at the entrance has been significantly reduced compared to previous models. Thus, the SL Dome has become a unique product prioritizing "lightness" unlike any other Arai Tent. However, features such as the frame sleeve and vent structure inherited from the Air Rise, the connection method of the flysheet, interior pockets, and utility loops are retained. In that sense, the SL Dome is also an easy-to-use tent. ＊The SL Dome is sold as a set with the dedicated underlay. (Not sold separately) ＊Unlike other Arai Tent models, the SL Dome recommends the use of the dedicated underlay. ＊The weight of the SL Dome includes the tent body, frame, and flysheet.
