The master, heir to the prestigious Francois family, has nightmares every night. A nightmare of meeting a girl, fighting with her, and parting ways after she says, "I hate you"— However, he doesn't know who that girl is. One summer day, his sisters tell the master that he needs to practice leading people in preparation for eventually inheriting the Francois family. They ask him to take the hand of the troubled new maid and sometimes offer her advice. "I am Aqua, your new maid. I will be taking care of you starting today." The master finds himself drawn to Aqua, the maid who relies on him, while Aqua, unable to reveal a certain "secret," faces the insurmountable wall of social status difference despite their feelings for each other. What shadows loom over the two as they confront opposition from those around them and trials they are subjected to? A pure love story across social classes set in one summer.
