塩田の水面に最初に浮かぶ小さな白い結晶を“花びらを摘むように"手作業で丁寧に収穫した希少な塩です。現地では「塩の花 フルール ド セル」と呼ばれ、フランスの一流シェフたちに愛用されています。
水分を含み、しっとりとしており、まろやかな塩味の後に、ほんのりとした甘みが広がります。粒感が一般的な塩より、大きめですが、硬いわけではなく、噛むとシャリシャリとした食感が特徴です。 食感もお楽しみいただきたいので、仕上げにふりかけてご賞味ください。
