The 2012 ap bank fes marked its 8th year. Since 2011, it has been held as "Fund for Japan" to support the recovery of the Great East Japan Earthquake.
Last year, in addition to our home base, Tsumagoi, we also held events in Awaji, a disaster-stricken area 17 years ago, and Miyagi, a disaster-stricken area from the Great East Japan Earthquake. Through these three locations, we were able to connect with more people than ever before and convey the feelings of many people to the Tohoku region.
In February 2013, an announcement was made to suspend the event. The first chapter of ap bank fes has come to a close.
"ap bank fes '12 Fund for Japan" became a memorial event for both the participating artists and the fans.
This "ap bank fes '12 Fund for Japan" has now been completed on Blu-ray/DVD.
This release features Bank Band with their first international artist, JASON MRAZ, and compiles his superb performance.
One disc is dedicated to the powerful live performances of the Band Acts.
The third disc is a live & documentary compilation, focusing on Bank Band's performances while condensing the thoughts and smiles of each musician, staff member, and audience member.
