その伊勢志摩で、昭和36年創業、海藻一筋の瀬尾商店3代目が、厳しい目で選んだ最上級の水洗いあおさのり。
他とは一味もふた味も違う、その味と香りをご堪能下さい。
一般的なあおさのりは、「汐洗い（しおあらい）」といい、採れたばかりのあおさのりを海水で洗うため、塩分が多く残り、ツヤ感も失われます。
また料理前の水洗いは必須です。
しかし、この水洗いあおさのりは、採れた後にひと手間かけて真水で洗うため、余分な塩分がなく、上品なツヤ感を保ち、当然ながら料理前の水洗いも不要で手軽に使えます
厳選したあおさのりは、昔ながらの手作業で一つ一つ異物を取り除いております。
時間はかかりますが、余計なダメージをあおさのりに与えません。
