It is unclear how many jazz fans are paying attention or how broad the age range of jazz fans who are interested is, but I enjoy watching the anime 'Apollon of the Slope' every week.
(Broadcast on Fuji TV 'Noitamina') Every Thursday at 24:45, so some music fans may not notice its existence, but as the manga that was ranked No.1 in the 2009 'Kono Manga ga Sugoi! Women’s Edition' and won the 2012 Shogakukan Manga Award, many people might have at least heard the title.
Set in a port town in Kyushu in the late 1960s, depicting the青春 of two boys growing through jazz, and this album perfectly reproduces the jazz in the story.
