■ Consultations
1. Before taking this medicine, consult a doctor or pharmacist if you are:
(1) Undergoing medical treatment.
(2) Have a weak stomach or intestines.
(3) Have previously experienced rash, redness, itching, or other allergic reactions to medicines.
2. If any of the following occur, immediately stop taking the medicine and consult a doctor or pharmacist with this package insert:
(1) Symptoms such as the following appear after taking the medicine:
- Skin: Rash, redness, itching
- Digestive system: Loss of appetite, stomach discomfort
(2) Symptoms do not improve after about one month of use.
■ Indications and Effects
For relatively weak individuals with cold sensitivity, tendencies toward anemia, fatigue, and complaints such as lower abdominal pain, headache, dizziness, shoulder stiffness, tinnitus, and palpitations. The following conditions: irregular menstruation, abnormal menstruation, menstrual pain, menopause disorders, issues related to pregnancy, childbirth, or miscarriage (anemia, fatigue, dizziness, swelling), dizziness, headache, shoulder stiffness, lower back pain, cold feet and legs, chilblains, swelling, and spots.
■ Usage and Dosage
Take the following amount with water or warm water before meals or between meals. (Between meals means 2-3 hours after eating.)
[Adults (15 years and older)]
- Dose per time: 4 tablets
- Frequency: 3 times a day
[Children aged 7 to under 15]
- Dose per time: 3 tablets
- Frequency: 3 times a day
[Children aged 5 to under 7]
- Dose per time: 2 tablets
- Frequency: 3 times a day
[Children under 5]

(1) Strictly adhere to the prescribed usage and dosage.

■ Ingredients and Amounts
Per daily dose (12 tablets):
- "Nippon Pharmacopoeia" Angelica root (Toki): 1.5 g
- "Nippon Pharmacopoeia" Poria (Bukuryou): 2.0 g
- "Nippon Pharmacopoeia" Senkyu (Senkyo): 1.5 g
- "Nippon Pharmacopoeia" Peony (Byakujutsu): 2.0 g
- "Nippon Pharmacopoeia" Peony root (Shakuyaku): 3.0 g
- "Nippon Pharmacopoeia" Peony bark (Takusha): 2.0 g
Contains 2,200 mg of extract from the above crude herbs.
Additionally, contains excipients such as magnesium stearate, calcium carboxymethyl cellulose, cellulose, magnesium aluminosilicate, aluminum hydroxide, and lactose.

(1) Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, tightly sealed.
(2) Keep out of reach of children.
(3) Do not transfer to other containers (may cause misuse or change in quality).
