秋田県 浅舞酒造は1917年創業、秋田の銘酒【天の戸】を醸造する蔵元です。
蔵人全員で米作りから手掛け「酒は田圃から生まれる」をコンセプトに取り組んでおられます。あえて米を磨かず米の旨味を十分に引きだす味わい深い酒を生産しています。2010年には全製品の純米化を進める注目の蔵元です。2011年からはその仕込み水と水系を同じくする、蔵の半径五キロ圏内の田んぼで育てられたお米だけを使うというこだわりのもと日本酒造りを行っています。
「天の戸（あまのと）」定番商品のひとつ「天の戸 醇辛（じゅんから） 純米酒」。日本酒度＋9の超辛口ですが「天の戸の仕込み水」は軟水ですので柔らかいお酒となっています。
