1964 (Showa 39) - The year the Tokyo Olympics were held. Tokyo, on the verge of the Olympics, was filled with excitement as buildings and expressways were rapidly constructed.
Amidst this, in the downtown Tokyo neighborhood of Sunset Alley, the unique residents are living energetically, just as they were five years ago.
Novelist Ryunosuke Chagawa is living happily with Hiromi and Junnosuke, who is now a high school student.
Hiromi is pregnant, and it looks like their family will soon grow by one.
Chagawa continues his serialization as the star author of "Adventure Boy Book," but he's in a slump, with his popularity being stolen by a new novelist...
