This endless belt has a circumference of 910mm, a width of 100mm, and is designed to be more resistant to breaking and to produce a smoother finish, with durability increased by 120% compared to conventional products.

This is a limited special order universal replacement belt set of 10 pieces, designed for belt sanders with nearly flat joints.
In conventional products, a step inevitably forms at the joint, and when the polishing object reaches that area, it jumps up and dances.
This product has solved that problem.
First, the adhesive surface of the joint was placed on the back side.
Then, the cut surface was improved into an S-shaped wave pattern.
By doing so, the abrasive surface becomes almost flat, and the effect of the S-shaped cut surface widens the adhesive area of the joint, increasing tension durability and making it less likely to break.
The product features a cloth base that is resistant to tearing, but fraying of the threads inevitably occurs more on the sides, so the edges are cleaned of frayed threads before delivery to improve appearance.
Please understand that the width is slightly narrower than 100mm.
Since it is a set of 10 pieces, you can use and discard them freely, polishing aggressively.
We offer nine types from coarse #80 to fine #800, so please make use of them.
