This is an endless belt with a circumference of 910mm and a width of 100mm, designed to be more resistant to breaking and to produce a smoother finish, with 120% improved durability compared to conventional products.
It comes in a set of 10 sheets for more convenient use.
The object being polished does not dance at the joint.
This is a limited special order universal replacement belt set for belt sanders, with 10 sheets, where the joint surface is almost perfectly flat.
In conventional products, a step inevitably occurs at the joint, and when the object being polished reaches that area, it jumps up and dances.
This product has solved that problem.
First, the adhesive surface of the joint was placed on the back side.
Then, the cut surface was improved to an S-shaped wave pattern.
By doing so, the abrasive surface becomes almost flat, and the S-shaped cut surface increases the adhesive area of the joint, enhancing tension durability and making it less likely to break.
The product features a cloth base that is resistant to tearing, but fraying of the threads can occur on the sides, so the edges are cleaned of loose threads before delivery to improve appearance.
Please note that the width is slightly narrower than 100mm.
Since it is a set of 10 sheets, you can use them freely and discard after use, making polishing easy.
We offer nine types from coarse #80 to fine #800, so please make use of them.

Aligning the S-shaped cut surface neatly was a challenge.
Although developing a durable, seamless, and less likely to break endless belt that can be finished more beautifully at a cost comparable to conventional products involved many difficulties, thorough testing was conducted, and finally it was put into practical use.
