◆ Differences between "GOLD" and "RAWDARK"

GOLD and RAW DARK differ in heating time and temperature during manufacturing, resulting in slight differences in the ratio of sugars such as fructose and glucose compared to Blue Agave syrup.

The GI value of Agave Syrup GOLD is 27, characterized by a solid sweetness.

Agave Syrup RAW DARK is processed at a low temperature below 48°C. Its GI value is around 30, with a rich, deep sweetness similar to brown sugar. Its sweetness is milder than GOLD but can also be used in cooking.
