This product is not designed for contraception, and a negative result does not guarantee contraception. Do not use for contraceptive purposes. (This product is a test kit to aid in predicting ovulation and is not for contraceptive use. Its performance does not guarantee accurate identification of ovulation. Do not use if you are using contraceptives such as oral contraceptives.)

- Are undergoing fertility treatment.
- Have not conceived after more than 1 year of trying.
- Have irregular menstrual cycles or abnormal menstrual bleeding.

"Notes on Testing Timing"

[Purpose of Use]
Detection of luteinizing hormone (LH) in urine (to aid in predicting ovulation)

■ Dosage and Administration
"Testing Timing"
Calculate from your menstrual cycle and start testing 17 days before your next expected period.
- The day after your period starts is Day 1.
- A menstrual cycle is the number of days from Day 1 (the day your period starts) to the day before your next period begins.
- If your menstrual cycle is irregular, use the shortest cycle from the last 2-3 cycles as a guide to determine your next expected period start date.
- Test once a day at approximately the same time each day, starting from the first day of testing. (If you have had difficulty confirming an LH surge in the past, or if you are unsure whether a result is positive or negative this time, testing twice a day may make it easier to detect the LH surge.)

"Testing Procedure"
1. Preparation
(1) Remove the test stick from the aluminum pouch and remove the cap from the tip.
* Do not open the aluminum pouch until immediately before use.
(2) Attach the cap to the opposite end of the test stick and hold the cap's grip.

2. Apply Urine A or Immerse in Urine B
A. Hold the collection port downwards and apply urine directly. Apply urine to the entire collection port for 5 seconds or more.
* Apply urine to the collection port from the front.
* Do not apply urine to the result window or sides.
* It has been confirmed that applying urine for 40 seconds is also acceptable.
B. Alternatively, collect urine in a clean, dry paper cup or similar container and immerse the entire collection port in urine for 10 seconds.
* Immerse only the collection port.
* Do not immerse any part other than the collection port.

3. Place Upright
Place the cap back on with the collection port facing down, place on a flat surface, and wait 10 minutes.

"How to Interpret Results"
If the test is performed correctly, a reddish-purple line will appear in the reference section.
Interpret the number of lines in the result section (0-3 lines) as Score 0, Score 1, Score 2, or Score 3, respectively.
* If no line appears in the reference section, it may indicate an operational error such as insufficient urine. Please re-read the instructions and precautions and perform the test again with a new test kit.
Interpret the result section of the test stick as follows:
The first time a positive result appears indicates that an LH surge has been detected, and ovulation is expected soon.

"Positive"
The score has increased compared to the previous day. However, if the previous day's score was 0 and the current day's score is 1, consider it negative.
An LH surge has been detected. Ovulation is expected soon. The day you first get a positive result or the following day are the most fertile times (ovulation days).

"Negative"
The score has not increased compared to the previous day, or the previous day's score was 0 and the current day's score is 1.
An LH surge has not been detected. Continue testing at approximately the same time each day until you get a positive result on subsequent days.
* If the score is high from the start of testing, or if negative results continue, refer to "Notes on Interpretation."

When using, please note the following:

"Notes on Urine Collection"
- Do not use cloudy urine or urine containing foreign matter.
- Try not to urinate for about 4 hours before testing. Alternatively, maintain approximately the same interval between your last urination and the test each day.
- Do not consume excessive fluids before testing.
- Avoid strenuous exercise that causes heavy sweating before testing.

"Notes on Testing Procedure"
- Perform the test promptly after collecting urine. Leaving urine for a long time may alter the test results.
- Follow the prescribed procedure correctly.

"Notes on Interpretation"
1. If you get a score of 2 or 3 from the first day of testing, ovulation may have already occurred. If you wish to conceive, your chances of pregnancy increase. Continue testing until a decrease in score is confirmed. (If a decrease cannot be confirmed, see point 3.)
2. If you continue to get negative results during the test period, consult a doctor or pharmacist promptly. Normally, this product will show a positive result during the ovulation period, but due to factors such as irregular menstrual cycles or short LH surges (within 12 hours), it may rarely not be positive.
3. If you continue to get a score of 2 or 3 during the test period, seek medical attention promptly. Scores of 2 or 3 may persist unrelated to ovulation in cases of pregnancy, postpartum, post-miscarriage, gestational trophoblastic disease (molar pregnancy, choriocarcinoma), post-induced abortion, or during drug administration for fertility treatment, endocrine disorders, or menopause.
4. If you have been testing, confirming positive results each time, and have not conceived after 6 cycles, the cause of difficulty conceiving may not be solely related to ovulation problems. It is recommended to consult a doctor, preferably with your partner. However, if you are in your late 30s or older, have been married for a long time without conceiving, or wish to conceive soon, early consultation is recommended.

■ Storage and Handling
1. Store out of reach of children.
2. Store away from direct sunlight and in a cool, dry place (1-30°C).
3. Do not store in the refrigerator. Taking the product in and out of the refrigerator can cause condensation and affect test results.
4. Do not transfer to another container to maintain quality.
5. Open the aluminum pouch immediately before use.
6. Do not use expired products.
7. Do not mix with other products.
8. Do not touch the collection port with your bare hands.

"Test Results"
Menstruation typically begins about 2 weeks after ovulation. To detect the LH surge, start testing 17 days before your next expected period. In typical cases where there is no deviation in your period schedule, the first positive result usually appears about 3 days after starting the test. (Test results vary individually. This is a typical example and may deviate even without abnormalities.)
