**Efficacy and Effects**
- Relief of the following symptoms:
- Eye strain, muscle pain, joint pain (shoulder stiffness, lower back pain, frozen shoulder, etc.), neuralgia, numbness in hands and feet.
- Supplementation of Vitamins B1, B2, B6, B12 in cases such as:
- Physical fatigue, pregnancy, breastfeeding, and decreased physical strength during illness or recovery.

**Usage and Dosage**
- Take the following amount immediately after meals with water or warm water, without chewing:
- Age 15 and over: 2–3 tablets per dose, once daily.
- Under 15: Do not take.
- Strictly adhere to the recommended dosage and instructions.

- Calcium Pantothenate: 30 mg
- Gamma-Oryzanol: 10 mg
- Riboflavin (Vitamin B2): 10 mg
- Additives: Calcium lactate hydrate, anhydrous silica, cellulose, reduced maltose syrup, lactose hydrate, hydroxypropyl cellulose, magnesium stearate, erythritol, hypromellose, talc, titanium dioxide, gum arabic, calcium carbonate, white sugar.

*Note on ingredients:*
Urine may turn yellow due to riboflavin, which is normal and not a cause for concern.

**Storage and Handling Precautions**
- Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, tightly sealed.
- Keep out of reach of children.
- Do not transfer to other containers to prevent misuse or quality deterioration.
- Discard the packaging inside the bottle after opening (replacing the packaging may cause moisture absorption and affect quality).
