◆ How to Prepare
1. Knead 100g of shiratama flour with about 80cc of water until it has the softness of an earlobe.
2. Roll into appropriate sizes, about the size and thickness of a beer bottle cap when lightly pressed by hand, and make a slight indentation.
3. Place in boiling water, and after it floats to the surface for 2-3 minutes, transfer to cold water.
4. Serve in a bowl and enjoy with your favorite toppings such as red bean paste or kinako (roasted soybean flour).
