東京ファン株式会社が特許取得した「襟クリップ」が付属しています。この襟クリップを襟に掛けると、襟クリップのウイングによって気流が服の中に入ります（気流が届く範囲はクリップの周辺までで、服の種類に依存します。詳しくは商品説明図の３枚目をご覧ください）。服を水で濡らした状態で風をあてるとさらに効果的に体を冷やすことができます。
濡らしたタオルに扇風機をつけて首に掛けると、気化熱冷却で首が冷やされます（商品説明図の５枚目をご覧ください）。タオルは本商品に付属しません（別売）。
リチウムイオン電池(2000mAh)とUSBコードが付属しており、１回の充電で最長８時間の連続送風が可能です（弱風で８時間，中風で４時間，強風で２時間程度）。電池容量を増やせば時間延長可能。
３インチファン（白）は中国製で幅8.9cm，重さ138g （本体95g, 電池43g），手持ち使用も可能です。襟クリップは日本製（ポリプロピレンとABSを使用、無色半透明、37g）です。風量は３段階で調節可能です。
