Per daily dose (2 tablets): 150 mg of ibuprofen, 60 mg of allylisopropylacetylurea, 80 mg of anhydrous caffeine
Contains excipients such as lactose monohydrate, cellulose, hydroxypropyl cellulose, silicon dioxide, croscarmellose sodium, hypromellose, titanium dioxide, macrogol, carnauba wax, and magnesium stearate.

Liver dysfunction: Fever, itching, rash, jaundice (yellowing of skin and eyes), dark urine, general fatigue, loss of appetite.
Kidney disorder: Fever, rash, decreased urine output, swelling throughout the body, fatigue, joint pain, diarrhea.
Aseptic meningitis: Severe headache with neck stiffness, fever, nausea, vomiting, etc. (such symptoms are frequently reported especially in people being treated for systemic lupus erythematosus or mixed connective tissue disease).
Asthma: Wheezing, squeaking sounds when breathing, difficulty breathing.
Agranulocytosis: Sudden high fever, chills, sore throat, etc.
