**Things Not to Do**
(Doing so may worsen current symptoms or increase the risk of side effects or accidents)

1. Do not take this medication if you are:
(1) Someone who has experienced allergic reactions (such as rash, redness, itching, swelling of the throat, eyelids, lips, etc.) caused by H2 blocker drugs like Nizatidine.
(2) Someone receiving treatment or medication for the following conditions at a medical institution:
- Blood disorders, kidney or liver diseases, stomach or duodenal diseases, immune system diseases such as asthma or rheumatoid arthritis, or taking steroids, antibiotics, anticancer drugs, or azole antifungal agents (which may cause leukopenia, thrombocytopenia, etc.).
- If you have kidney or liver disease, drug excretion may be delayed, leading to stronger effects.
- If you are being treated for stomach or duodenal diseases, Nizatidine or similar drugs are likely prescribed, so be cautious of overlapping medication.
(3) Someone with blood abnormalities such as anemia (low red blood cell count), low platelet count (easy bleeding or bleeding tendency), or low white blood cell count.
- Taking this drug may further decrease blood cell counts.
(4) Children under 15 years old and elderly over 80 years old.
(5) Pregnant women, women who are suspected to be pregnant, or breastfeeding women.

2. Do not take this medication concurrently with other gastrointestinal drugs.

**Consultation Before Use**
1. Consult a doctor or pharmacist before taking if you are:
(1) Under medical treatment or taking other medications.
(2) Have experienced allergic reactions to medicines or drugs.
(3) Elderly (65 years or older).
- Generally, physiological functions may decline with age.
(4) Experiencing symptoms such as sore throat, cough, or high fever.
- These symptoms may indicate severe infection or blood abnormalities such as decreased blood cell counts.
- If these symptoms are present before taking the medication, symptoms may worsen, or side effects may be noticed late.
(5) Unexplained weight loss or persistent abdominal pain.
- These may be caused by other underlying conditions.

2. If any of the following symptoms appear after taking the medication, stop immediately and consult a doctor or pharmacist, as they may be side effects:
- Skin: Rash, redness, itching, swelling of the throat, eyelids, lips, etc.
- Nervous system: Headache, drowsiness, dizziness, numbness in hands/feet or lips, confusion.
- Rarely, serious symptoms such as the following may occur due to this or similar drugs. Seek immediate medical attention:
- Shock (anaphylaxis): Symptoms such as itching, hives, hoarseness, sneezing, throat itching, difficulty breathing, palpitations, or altered consciousness occurring immediately after taking.
- Stevens-Johnson syndrome, Toxic epidermal necrolysis: High fever, eye redness, eye discharge, lip sores, sore throat, widespread skin rash or redness that persists or worsens rapidly.
- Liver dysfunction: Fever, itching, rash, jaundice (yellowing of skin and eyes), dark urine, general fatigue, loss of appetite.
- Blood disorders: Sore throat, fever, general fatigue, paleness of face or behind eyelids, easy bleeding (gum bleeding, nosebleeds), bruising that does not fade when pressed.

3. If you accidentally take more than the prescribed dose, stop immediately and consult a doctor or pharmacist with this product.

4. If symptoms such as the following appear or worsen after taking the medication, stop and consult a doctor or pharmacist:
- Constipation, diarrhea, dry mouth, nausea.

**Efficacy and Effects**

**Precautions Related to Efficacy and Effects**
- Do not use this medication for symptoms other than those listed above.

**Usage and Dosage**
When symptoms such as heartburn, nausea, stomach pain, or indigestion appear, take the following amount at one time:
