**Description**
The two have returned—. Hiroshi Tate as Takah, the dandy Takayama, played by Hiroshi Tate, and Kyohei Shibata as Yuji, the sexy Ooshita. The legendary "Abunai Deka" began 38 years ago with Takah and Yuji. As a pioneering buddy cop drama, it has set many records. At the time of broadcast, the highest viewership rating was 26.4%! Filming was often halted due to crowds overflowing in Yokohama, the filming location. The popularity of "Abunai Deka" caused a social phenomenon that extended beyond the TV series into movies. The first theatrical film, *Abunai Deka*, was a huge hit. It was followed by *Mata Mata*, *Mottomo*, *Returns*, *Forever: The Movie*, and *Mada Mada*, culminating in the nostalgic finale *Saraba Abunai Deka* in 2016.
However, in 2024, with this eighth installment, the series makes a grand comeback after 8 years, crossing the eras of Showa, Heisei, and Reiwa. It surpasses the previous box office, becoming another big hit! The main cast includes Hiroshi Tate and Kyohei Shibata, along with Atsuko Asano as Kaoru, Tōru Machida as Tōru, and other familiar members. The heroine is Tao Tsuchiya. New guest stars include Michiko Kichise, Goro Kishitani, Nene Nishi, and Taichi Saotome.
Continuing the 38-year history, the Reiwa "Abunai Deka" is brought to life by director Hiroshi Hara of Babel Label. Under his leadership, a young team has challenged the legend to create a new *Abunai Deka*.
