【お召し上がり方】
【刻みくろめ大分産】
粘りが特徴のくろめを刻んで乾燥しました。
よくかき混ぜると粘りが増します。
・みそ汁…くろめをさっと洗い、そのまま
（又はたっぷりの水で10分程戻し）
お椀に入れ、みそ汁を注ぎ
かき混ぜてからお召し上がりください。
・醤油和え…さっと洗ったくろめを戻し
醤油とごまで和えてお召し上がりください。
ポン酢やドレッシング等もよく合います。
【九州産カットわかめ】
みそ汁、お吸物、鍋ものには
火を止める直前にそのままご使用ください。
また、サラダ、酢のものには
水で約5分戻し水切りしてご使用ください。
【あおさ】
あおさは十分水洗いして、砂を落とし
水切りしたのち、味噌汁、お吸物にお使いください。
