[How to Take]
As a nutritional function food, take 3-4 tablets daily with water or lukewarm water. It is designed to provide sufficient nutrients with 4 tablets per day, but even with 3 tablets per day, the amount of each nutrient is within the range allowed for nutritional function foods. If you are mindful of your nutritional balance through your diet, you can adjust the number of tablets per day to up to 40 days of supply as nutritional support!! The amount of nutrients per tablet is kept low. There is no problem with adjusting the number of tablets per serving or taking them in multiple doses.
