For the first season broadcast in 2012, it was "Force"; for the second season broadcast in 2013, it was "Bi-Li-Li Emotion";
and for the third season broadcast in 2014, it was "Ai wo Karada ni Fuki Konde." All were produced with the theme of a "strong woman," which also embodies the image of surgeon Michiko Daimon, played by Ryoko Yonekura.
This new song, "99," continues with the "strong woman" image, presented with Superfly's signature intense rock sound.
The first press limited edition includes a DVD featuring the full performance from the Tokyo International Forum Hall A during Superfly's largest-ever hall tour (39 performances), "WHITE TOUR 2015," held in 2015.
This is a limited edition of 9,999 units, echoing the single's title.
