We accept returns for initial defects for 7 days after product arrival. Please note that some video products may not include Japanese voiceovers or subtitles, and may not be playable on certain players.
This is an unused/used item purchased from a general customer at our overseas shop. Please be aware that the package may be opened for customs inspection.
As this is a purchased item, it is treated as used. Please note that Japanese instruction manuals are not included. Also, as this is an imported product, we cannot be held responsible for issues such as outlet shape differences or product malfunction due to voltage.

From Order to Delivery

We will send you an email with the shipping carrier, tracking number, and other details.6. Arrival at Japanese Warehouse: After shipping, the product will arrive in 1-3 days.
