[Work Description]
Mayuko Kudo (Mitsuki Takahata) is a driven office worker at Yodo Honpo, a long-established Japanese confectionery company, where she was headhunted for her achievements at her previous job and is now leading new business development.
Her first project, character goods, was a hit, and the company's expectations for her next product are high, causing her daily invisible pressure.
As if that weren't enough, she suddenly finds herself with a subordinate who is 40 years her senior. Kazuo Niimoto (Masao Kusakari), who comes to her as a subordinate, had worked at Yodo Honpo until retirement and was living a retired life.
Living alone with his wife, he had too much free time, and his desire to work from his salaryman days began to stir. He was then approached by the young president to work at Yodo Honpo again.
