*Regarding the difference between 1000BASE-T and 1000BASE-TX:
Gigabit LAN has the communication standard "1000BASE-T" available with CAT5e or higher, and "1000BASE-TX" supported by CAT6 or higher standards.
These two standards differ in the transmission method of the four twisted pairs inside the cable.
1000BASE-T transmits and receives at 250Mbps per pair (bidirectional communication), resulting in 250Mbps x 4 = 1000Mbps.
In contrast, 1000BASE-TX transmits at 500Mbps using two pairs (unidirectional communication) and receives using the remaining two pairs (unidirectional communication), resulting in 500Mbps x 2 = 1000Mbps.
