Product Description
This okara konnyaku has about four times the dietary fiber of lettuce and approximately one-eighth the calories of chicken breast. Please use it in various dishes as a substitute for meat. Additionally, it can be minced and used as a substitute for ground meat in meat sauce or chicken soboro.

Okara (whole soybeans (domestic), non-GMO), konnyaku powder (domestic), yam (domestic), calcium hydroxide (konnyaku coagulant), (contains soybeans in some ingredients)
Usage Instructions
● Mince it like ground meat and make hamburgers ・1 bag of okara konnyaku ・200g dried shiitake mushrooms (rehydrated) ・300g cabbage ・50g bread crumbs ・3 eggs ・3 tablespoons salad oil ・Seasonings (a little sugar, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 1 teaspoon salt, pepper, a little basil, 1 tomato (if available)) ・Side dishes (an appropriate amount of broccoli, 150g carrots, 2 tablespoons honey, 1 teaspoon lemon juice)
1. Put the okara konnyaku in a food processor and process until minced.
2. Finely chop the shiitake mushrooms and cabbage, and drain excess moisture.
3. Heat salad oil in a frying pan, sauté the shiitake mushrooms well, add seasonings and cabbage, and cook until slightly wilted, then turn off the heat.
4. Add bread crumbs to step 3 and mix well, let cool slightly, then mix in eggs, divide into 6 portions, and fry both sides until golden brown. Cover and cook over low heat until thoroughly cooked inside.
5. Combine the sauce ingredients in a pot, bring to a boil over high heat, and pour over the hamburgers.
* Serve with boiled broccoli and sliced carrots topped with honey and lemon juice.
