"Precautions"
*Please confirm and understand thoroughly before purchase to avoid misunderstandings.
1. It is powered by electricity and requires connection to a power source.
When using the camera, the lens part may become slightly warm.

2. Compatible only with Android OS smartphones and iOS smartphones or tablets, and requires installing the free app.
Since it is a network camera, use without Wi-Fi is not recommended.
When the camera is connected to Wi-Fi, remote monitoring from a smartphone is possible.

3. To use the app, registration and login are required.
During registration, an email address must be used as the username.
The reason for registering with an email address is to receive authentication codes when resetting or retrieving passwords.
Email addresses are only used for registration and do not pose privacy issues.
The app does not request personal information.
For network cameras, if location information is not permitted, Wi-Fi will not be displayed and connection will be impossible. Location information is provided at a general level (municipality level) and does not pose privacy concerns.

4. Videos can be played back using the Srihome app or by removing the SD card and playing on a computer.
Additionally, videos can be downloaded and saved to a smartphone, but this download feature is only supported on Android devices, not on Apple devices.
Videos cannot be deleted, but the SD card can be formatted.
Note that in the app, fast-forward playback is not available.

5. The auto-tracking feature only rotates horizontally and does not rotate vertically.
This monitoring camera is equipped with high-performance AI functions to detect suspicious movements, but false detections may occur depending on the environment.
For example, in strong wind, changes in lighting, or reflections on window glass.
Therefore, proper placement and settings are necessary.

6. When rotating the lens, you may hear a slight motor noise at about half a meter distance.
If placed on a relatively thin wooden table, resonance may cause the sound to become louder.
Operation of pan and tilt may experience slight lag depending on network speed.

7. Cloud storage is not supported; to save videos, a separate SD card must be purchased.
When set to continuous recording, videos are recorded every 10 minutes.
Also, if detection is enabled, simply tapping notifications does not allow viewing the detection videos, but for easier review, it is recommended to set alert recording mode to prioritize detection videos.

8. It is possible to manually record while viewing in real-time, but the recorded video will be saved on the smartphone (downloadable on Android devices, but not supported on Apple devices).
Continuous recording or motion detection recording is recommended.

This camera supports ONVIF protocol and can be recorded on NVR devices.
However, NVR devices are not included, and connection methods are not described in the user manual.

9. No installation work is required; it can be used by placing on a table or by mounting the base to the ceiling and fixing the camera to the base.
The camera and base are fixed with clips and can be easily removed.

10. When set to color night vision, a spotlight lights up (direct viewing may be dazzling, so infrared mode is recommended for monitoring children), and when set to black-and-white night vision, infrared LEDs that are not dazzling will turn on.
Since light reflects off glass, using this camera through glass is not recommended.

11. This surveillance camera has zoom functionality; you can pinch the image on a smartphone with two fingers to zoom in. Please note this is digital zoom, not optical zoom, so image quality will decrease as the screen enlarges.

12. This surveillance camera connects via AP mode (within 10 meters) and allows real-time viewing and playback of videos recorded on the SD card.
However, as it is a network camera, if there is no network connection, time cannot be synchronized and accurate recording cannot be performed.
Therefore, it is not recommended to use in environments without Wi-Fi.

13. To display images quickly without network influence, the default viewing quality for real-time viewing is set to 360P each time.
You can change to higher quality, but changes to real-time viewing quality are not saved.

14. The camera automatically switches between day and night modes based on ambient lighting.
During this switching, shutter sounds may be heard, or the screen colors may change. If illumination changes frequently, the camera will switch modes frequently, which is normal behavior.


Possible causes for connection failure:
- Before adding a device, you will hear a continuous 'beep' sound (if no sound, please reset the device).

- Enter the correct Wi-Fi password (it is recommended not to use special characters in the wireless password).

- To connect the camera to Wi-Fi, first connect your smartphone to this Wi-Fi.

- Ensure that DHCP is enabled on your router.

- If there is delay or interruption in audio or video after connection, the Wi-Fi signal may be weak.

It is recommended to place the device closer to the router or install a repeater.

- If you can access the surveillance camera at home but cannot access it when outside (offline), the port for accessing the camera may be restricted on the external Wi-Fi network.
In this case, you can resolve the issue by removing restrictions or changing the Wi-Fi network your smartphone connects to.

- If the monitoring camera does not start, please check the connection and output of the power outlet or power adapter.
