**Usage Instructions**
■ Microwave Usage Tips (Please use with caution to avoid burns):
【Approximate heating times at 600W】
- Draining water from tofu (1 block / 300g): Wrap with a dry sheet — about 3 minutes
- Heating steamed buns (100g): Wrap with a lightly wrung, damp sheet — about 40 seconds
- Draining oil from fried tofu (1 piece / 30g): Wrap with a lightly wrung, damp sheet — about 20 seconds
- Komatsuna (200g): Wrap with a lightly wrung, damp sheet — about 2 minutes
- Broccoli or eggplant (100g): Wrap with a lightly wrung, damp sheet — about 1 minute 30 seconds
- Potatoes (100g): Wrap with a lightly wrung, damp sheet — about 2 minutes 20 seconds
- Carrots (100g): Wrap with a lightly wrung, damp sheet — about 1 minute 30 seconds

*Note:* The heating times are based on a 600W microwave. For 500W, multiply the time by 1.2.
Please cut vegetables to a uniform size before wrapping.
If one sheet is insufficient to wrap the food, use two sheets to sandwich the food from above and below.

- The sheet does not dissolve in water; do not dispose of it in the sink or toilet.
- When used for oil filtering, let it cool before use.
- Do not dispose of large amounts of oil or while hot, as it may cause spontaneous combustion.
- Do not place near gas stoves, ovens, or other heat sources.
- It can be rinsed and reused 3-4 times, but washing with strong force may cause tearing.

- Do not use oven or steam cooking functions, as they may cause burning.
