Oyama is a town with abundant nature, despite being only 60km from Tokyo.Wheat grown in southern Tochigi Prefecture and the "Yugao" (from which kanpyo is made) were ground into flour to create Kanpyo Udon and Kanpyo Ramen.The chewy texture comes from the kanpyo, and the smooth, slippery mouthfeel comes from the domestic wheat.All ingredients are safe and secure, made in Japan. We use kanpyo from Tochigi Prefecture, which has the highest production volume in Japan. Using wheat from the same Tochigi Prefecture, we kneaded powdered kanpyo into the noodles.
