[About Choosing a Memorial Tablet]
It is best to choose a size that matches the size of your Buddhist altar.
Generally, 4.0 sun (for small Buddhist altars) to 4.5 sun (for medium-sized Buddhist altars) are commonly chosen. 5.0 sun and larger are suitable for large Buddhist altars.
Please measure carefully to ensure the chosen memorial tablet can be placed in the designated space (usually on the second tier, left or right, of the Buddhist altar).

[About Dimension Display for Memorial Tablets]
The size of memorial tablets is generally indicated in "sun," such as 4 sun or 4.5 sun. 1 sun is approximately 3.03 cm.
For example, a 4 sun memorial tablet would be approximately 12.12 cm in "tablet height" (4 sun x 3.03 cm).
Please note that this dimension usually refers to the "tablet height" and not the "total height" (from top to bottom).

[Other Precautions]
When actually placing the memorial tablet in the Buddhist altar, the "total height" is important.
If you are concerned about the size, it is best to confirm how tall a memorial tablet can be placed in the actual location where it will be enshrined.
Also, if you already have other memorial tablets enshrined, it is common to use those sizes as a reference.
