This is a Hasegawa original Buddhist altar planned as an FSC-certified product.
It features the beautiful, straight grain of cypress wood, and the internal shelves are removable.
In addition to the beautiful veneer on the flat surfaces, solid wood is applied around the corners of the altar for a more natural and beautiful finish.

The lighting inside the Buddhist altar is battery-powered LED lighting. The lamp itself acts as a switch, and a remote control with brightness and timer functions is also included.

On the back of the Buddhist altar, there is a brand mark certifying it as an FSC-certified product, as well as a brand mark for SKINWOOD, a method of joining young trees (small-diameter lumber) to create veneer.

This is an international initiative where consumers support forest resource conservation by purchasing wood and wood products from responsibly managed forests, delivered to consumers under proper rules. It is considered the most trusted forest certification system in the world.
In support of global efforts towards a circular economy, represented by the SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals), this product is made using cypress wood grown in Oita Prefecture, following strict rules.

- A complete "cleaning set" convenient for cleaning the Buddhist altar is included.
- Simply dust off with the "Hake" (brush) for easy cleaning.
- When dirt is a concern, lightly dampen the "Magokoro Cloth" with water, wring it out, and wipe.
- "Kouro-bai" (incense ash) is also included.
