1/700スケールで再現したイギリス海軍巡洋戦艦フッドとE級駆逐艦をセットしたプラスチックモデル組立てキットです。フッドは全長375mm。当時世界最大を誇った巨大軍艦の大きさが伝わる仕上がりです。イギリス国民にも愛された端正なスタイルをシャープに再現。1934年に9艦が建造されたE級駆逐艦は全長143mm。フッドと並べてみればその大きさの違いがいっそう際立ちます。E級駆逐艦の船体は左右分割として舷窓や船体の断面形状を忠実に再現しました。フッド、E級駆逐艦ともに主砲塔はポリキャップにより完成後も旋回可能。E級駆逐艦の舷側に描かれている艦番号はフッドと行動を共にしたH23エコーとH27エレクトラの2艦を含む全艦番号をスライドマークでセットしました。
