松山ひじきは愛媛県漁協と松山市がタイアップして松山市産の原料のみを使用し開発いたしました。
潮の流れが速くきれいな松山沖の海で育ったヒジキは、目と茎のバランスが良く、栄養たっぷりです。
味付のりは愛媛県産の1番摘み海苔を使用し、国産原料にこだわったタレで味付しています。
海苔の豊かな香りを引き立てる様に試行錯誤したタレを利用し、大きめにカットすることで、ご飯と一緒に食べても存在感のある味付海苔になりました。
のり佃煮は国産のヒトエグサを使用しています。また、保存料を使わず、地元に愛されている甘めの味付です。
