三重県菰野町の家族経営の小さな農園「八風農園 雅」で、自分の目が行き届く数の巣箱を置き、ミツバチの様子を見ながら、丁寧に育て、集めた蜂蜜です。
蜜こし器を通してゴミを取り除いた蜂蜜を、そのまま容器に詰めています。
精製も加熱も一切行わず、手作業で”本物”にこだわった蜂蜜は、強い粘り気を持ち、蜂蜜からは花粉の香りがします。

蜂蜜を採集している巣箱の周辺には、北側に鈴鹿連峰（Seven Mountains）、そして東側には伊勢湾という自然豊かな環境があります。
鈴鹿山脈からの「八風の風」に吹かれた草木や花々より集められた花粉から、この蜂蜜は作られます。

食品微生物センターにて残留農薬検査も行いましたが、合成ピレスロイド系、有機リン系、有機塩素系など５０種類全てで検出はなし。
