The 51mm tamper side creates a flat and even tamping surface each time, stabilizing the density of the coffee pack.

The height adjustment collar allows you to adjust the tamping depth, so you can tamp according to your preferred amount of coffee.

"How to Use"
Step 1: Place your preferred amount of freshly ground coffee into the portafilter.

Step 2: Return the distributor side to the shallowest position and set it onto the portafilter with the flat side facing down.

Step 3: Slowly rotate the distributor to level the coffee grounds evenly.
If the coffee does not reach the desired level, adjust the depth.
*At this stage, there is no need to apply strong pressure.
Just leveling the powder inside the basket is sufficient.

Step 4: Flip the distributor over and extend the tamper side (flat side) to the maximum height.
Tamp the coffee grounds with your preferred pressure.

Step 5: To ensure consistent tamping each time, adjust the depth of the tamper to match the tamping depth created in Step 4.
