- This medication is suitable for individuals with excessive body fat, commonly known as obesity, especially those who tend to accumulate fat around the abdomen and experience constipation.
**Indications and Effects**
- It is intended for individuals with sufficient physical strength who have excess subcutaneous fat in the abdominal area and tend to be constipated, for the following conditions:
- Obesity
- Hypertension and symptoms associated with obesity such as palpitations, shoulder stiffness, hot flashes, swelling, constipation

**Usage and Dosage**

- Pseudoaldosteronism, myopathy: Weakness, numbness, stiffness, or rigidity in limbs, along with fatigue and muscle pain, gradually worsening
- Liver dysfunction: Fever, itching, rash, jaundice (yellowing of skin and eyes), dark urine, general fatigue, loss of appetite
- Mesenteric venous sclerosis: Repeated abdominal pain, diarrhea, constipation, abdominal distension with long-term use
- **Symptoms such as diarrhea or constipation may occur after taking the medication. If symptoms persist or worsen, stop use and consult a healthcare professional.**
- **If no improvement after about one month (or one week for constipation), discontinue use and consult a healthcare professional.**
