● "Kids Bufferin Syrup S" is a syrup-type cold medicine for children from 3 months to under 7 years old. Acetaminophen alleviates cold symptoms such as "fever," "sore throat," and "headache" that drain the child's physical strength.

● It does not contain codeine (narcotic ingredient).
