This porridge is made with 100% special cultivation Koshihikari rice from Minami-Uonuma City, Niigata Prefecture, bringing out the natural sweetness of the rice.

"Nanko Ume" is the highest grade brand of plum, known for its thin skin, small pit, and soft flesh.
Within Wakayama Prefecture, which accounts for about 60% of Japan's plum harvest, Minabe Town, nestled between the Pacific Ocean and the Kii Mountains, is a major production area.
While many people associate "Nanko Ume" with pickled plums (umeboshi), recently there has been a wide variety of products available, including plum wine, sweets, and plum juice.
~How to Prepare~
● Do not open the bag. Heat in boiling water for approximately 5-6 minutes before serving.
● If using a microwave, be sure to transfer the contents to another container, cover with plastic wrap, and heat for approximately 2 minutes and 20 seconds.
