Returning to the roots of the hit series "Onimusha," this title depicts fierce battles against Genma on a grand scale. Furthermore, this time there are two protagonists, and a story development that transcends time and space awaits.
The protagonists this time are Samanosuke Akechi, played by Takeshi Kaneshiro who appeared in the first game, and French soldier Jacques Blanc, played by Jean Reno, known for films like "Nikita." Each of the two protagonists has unique actions, and by switching between them, players can enjoy two different kinds of fun and excitement.
In 1582, Samanosuke faces his final battle against Oda Nobunaga, who is still harboring ambitions after being enthralled by Genma. In 2004, Jacques Blanc rises to save a city suddenly attacked by Genma in France.
