The title track "Ao to Natsu" was written as the theme song for the highly anticipated summer movie "Ao Natsu: Kimi ni Koi Shita 3 Hibi" (to be released on August 1st (Wednesday)), which is an adaptation of Atsuko Nanba's popular comic. This is a catchy and super refreshing rock number that explodes with the signature Mrs. GREEN APPLE sound, reminiscent of a "return to their roots"!
The coupling track is "Tenbyo no Uta (feat. Sonoko Inoue)," a fleeting and poignant love ballad created with Sonoko Inoue as a guest vocalist for the same movie's insert song. The single will include a total of three songs, including the new song "A Priori."
