Kasumi crab is a red snow crab landed at Kasumi Fishing Port in northern Hyogo Prefecture, characterized by its sweet and delicate meat.We have captured the luxury of enjoying Kasumi crab, cooked in our special round pot with crab broth, like a course meal at a traditional inn, along with the convenience of being able to eat it anytime, in four types of cans.
The four types of canned products are: leg meat, shredded meat, leg and shredded meat, and homemade rich crab miso.The leg meat and shredded meat are carefully prepared by hand to retain their flavor, and the rich crab miso is made by collecting the miso from several crabs and simmering it slowly in a pot until fragrant. We also recommend dipping the crab meat into it.
All products are additive-free, and the crab broth contained in the cans can be used without waste for dishes like Zosui (rice porridge).You can enjoy them in various ways, similar to a crab course at a traditional inn, such as boiled crab, miso, Zosui or risotto, and "miso-yaki" (grilled crab meat mixed with miso).
Kasumi is close to the fishing grounds, and the crabs are brought back to port immediately after being caught, so we only use fresh crabs.Because they are a limited and rare marine resource, we carefully inspect the condition of each crab and cook them with great care to ensure not a single one is wasted.We also collaborated with Kasumi High School, which has expertise in canning, by providing materials and recipes for development.Please enjoy the canned products from Kamaya Kaneryo Shoten, which has been pursuing deliciousness without cutting corners since its establishment.
